Greater Investment...Greatest Return
Greater Investment...Greatest Return is our stewardship emphasis to help our church better be disciples and better make disciples of Jesus Christ.

For the glory of God and to the thanks of the congregation, we were able to announce this weekend (March 20-21) that we have received commitments of $1,588,342 for our Greater Investment...Greatest Return. Praise God!

Our goal was $1,427,121 - so we met our goal and exceeded it by $161,221. That blessing ,along with those that will make a commitment in the future will allow us to address even more needs of our church than we planned to accomplish through this emphasis.

The total of our First Fruit Offering was $309,783.75. That offering, when sent in against our mortgage, will lower our mortgage from $725,000 (before the Greater Investment...Greatest Return emphasis) to around $409,639. Praise God!

We want to welcome you to Northside Baptist Church, the big pink church on 38th Avenue North in Saint Petersburg, Florida. We are excited to continue to serve our local community - as we have for over 82 years!

As one of the pastors of the church, I am passionate about genuine worship, genuine discipleship, and genuine care of our congregation. Genuine worship includes singing with passion and joy, bringing our praises and burdens to God in prayer, and ministering to those around us. Genuine discipleship includes submission to our Master, memorizing His words, being active in His ministry, imitating His life and finding other disciples. Genuine care is celebrating life together, knowing each other well, encouraging each other, meeting with each other, and opening our homes in hospitality to one another.
