Northside Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a passionate and faithful follower of Christ to serve as our Part-Time Kids Ministry Director. This is a paid, part-time position centered on ministry leadership during Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, with additional responsibilities including annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) and local community outreach efforts. The role also includes dedicated administrative support and time for lesson planning to equip you for effective and thoughtful ministry.

This individual will lead and nurture our children’s ministry, helping guide young hearts to grow “in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). The ideal candidate will have a heart for children, a commitment to sound Biblical teaching, and a desire to partner with families in discipling the next generation.

Responsibilities include overseeing weekly children’s programming, equipping volunteers, and cultivating a Christ-centered, safe, and joyful environment where kids can learn God’s Word and walk in His truth. We are seeking someone to help “shepherd the flock of God…being examples to the flock” (1 Peter 5:2–3), faithfully planting seeds that, by God’s grace, will bear lasting fruit.
